3. User Tiers and Limits

a. Free Users

• Free users are limited to a certain number of hairstyle changes per day.
• Usage resets daily at midnight UTC.
• Abuse of the free tier (e.g., using bots, VPN switching to bypass limits) may result in account restriction or ban.

b. Paid Users

• Paid users may purchase credits to unlock additional processing or higher-quality results.
• Credits are non-refundable and linked to your browser or login session (if account features are introduced).
• Any manipulation of the credit system may lead to account restrictions.

FaceHair reserves the right to adjust pricing, limits, or features with prior notice.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use FaceHair responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Upload or use images that violate copyright or privacy rights
• Distribute offensive, explicit, or illegal content
• Attempt to overload, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Try to reverse-engineer or replicate FaceHair’s algorithms

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have rights to use it.

5. Copyright and Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload to FaceHair. FaceHair does not claim ownership but requires a limited license to process your images solely for providing the service.

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted once processing is complete or when you leave or refresh the page. We do not store or use your images for other purposes.

You must not upload copyrighted or third-party photos without authorization.

6. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Payment and Credits

Purchases made on FaceHair are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing credits or premium features, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen payment method
• Acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable
• Understand that credits are consumed based on actual image processing usage

We may offer limited-time discounts or promotions at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FaceHair is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• The hairstyle results will meet your personal expectations
• Processed images will be suitable for commercial use

FaceHair is not liable for loss of data or inaccuracies in AI-generated results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceHair and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including:

• Loss or unauthorized use of images
• Incorrect hairstyle predictions or outputs
• Service downtime or data errors

10. Termination

FaceHair may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if user behavior violates these Terms of Use or disrupts the platform’s integrity.

11. Modifications to the Service

FaceHair reserves the right to update or modify features, pricing, or user limits at any time. Changes will be announced through the website or relevant communication channels.
